Our chefs, Elie and Wipa, await your visit.
This year, we continue to offer our heated giant pool, tennis court and sauna for your continued relaxation.
We also have a wine tasting room open to our guests, with special tastings and wines available at wine-store prices or lower, sourced from specially selected wineries throughout France.
We completed a major furniture overhaul last year and have added a collection of Asian antiques and rugs for your further comfort and viewing pleasure.
Our billiard room awaits you with a glass of Porto.

Our usual Saturday check-in and check-out policy has been revised for 2026. We are offering flexible check-in and check-out dates, along with minimum four-day rental periods instead of our regular seven-day summer minimum.
We are also offering discounts on our remaining weeks this year.

The Chateau De Rhodes
A beautiful Château dating from 1761, and vastly extended in 1861, which has been immaculately restored. Rich in history, the property was once the Domaine of Isabelle de Foix in 1402 and the castle was subsequently the property of Jean-Louis de Narbonne until the 18th century.
Rebuilt after the French revolution, the property benefits from distant views of the Pyrenees and is conveniently located approximately one hour’s drive (90 kms) from Toulouse with its international airport, and one and a half hour’s drive from Carcassonne, in the department of Ariege.

We celebrated our wedding at Château de Rhodes with 20 of our best friends, and it honestly felt like something out of a dream. The property itself is gorgeous.
One of the biggest highlights was the food. Elie and his wife cooked for us, and it was unreal. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and it felt so personal knowing it came from them.
Our reception setting against the backdrop of the château was unforgettable, intimate, warm, and exactly what we had hoped for.
We left with full hearts, and very full stomachs, and are already talking about when we can come back.

Wonderful place for a large family/group get-together

We are an extended family group of 30 who rent a villa somewhere every summer to get together, and we all agreed Chateau de Rhodes was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in.
Masses of space outside and in, with great facilities including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games room and tennis court.
For us, the standout feature was Elie, the house manager and chef, and his team, who were unfailingly hospitable and helpful and produced really delicious meals every day.
This place gets 10 out of 10. We absolutely loved it.
